Tony Bunn
Philosophy: I believe a fitness lifestyle encompasses principles that when applied, can bring success in all aspects of life. Great health is about balance, and is something that is highly achievable. Invest in yourself now and live the life that you deserve.
Education: B.S. in Health Fitness and B.S in Sports Studies from East Carolina University.
Certifications: ACSM Exercise Physiologist, Certified Metabolic Specialist, National CPR Foundation AED/CPR Certified
Experience: For over 5 years, I have been in the fitness industry. I gained initial experience working as an intern for Vidant Wellness Center. Following my time at Vidant, I gained more experience working as a personal trainer for both Retro Fitness and Lifetime Fitness. My previous experiences have helped to shape my fitness philosophy and my vision of what a business in fitness should look like and thus, All N Fitness was created.
Special Skills and Focus: Weight loss, bodyshaping and toning, bodybuilding, corrective exercise, and nutrition coaching

In my progressive training programs I will cover all of these aspects of fitness to not only help you reach your fitness goals, but to improve your overall health and wellness. Each program is personalized to address any weaknesses and turn them into strengths.

Flexibilty
Stretch Daily!! Hold Stretches for 15-30sec and repeat each twice. The most effective time to stretch is directly after exercise.

Use a combination of diet and exercises designed to increase metabolism effeciency.

A combination of consistently working the larger muscle groups through different phases while also giving attention to smaller muscle groups through isolaton and range of motion exercises.

Whether you're trying to lose weight or pack on muscle having great cardio fitness is always going to positively inpact the result. Always make time for your cardio!

Use a combinations of compound and axuliary exercises with increased intensity and also attention to detail for diet and exercise.

The Key Word is Engage! Use a combination of compound exercies and core focused exercises often, to build a strong core.
