Education: B.S. in Health Fitness and B.S in Sports Studies from East Carolina University.
Certifications: ACSM Exercise Physiologist, Certified Metabolic Specialist, National CPR Foundation AED/CPR Certified
Experience: For over 5 years, I have been in the fitness industry. I gained initial experiece working as an intern for Vidant Wellness Center. Following my time at Vidant, I gained more experience working as a personal trainer for both Retro Fitness and Lifetime Fitness. My previous experiences have helped to shape my fitness philosophy and my vision of what a business in fitness should look like and thus, All N Fitness was created.

Stretch Daily!! Hold Stretches for 15-30sec and repeat each twice. The most effective time to stretch is directly after exercise.
